Kellett Recruitment was established in 2019 and has grown to be the chosen recruitment Partner providing a comprehensive recruitment solution to both companies and candidates. Our knowledge and approach to our selection process is to carefully provide candidates qualified for the roles to which they will be assigned to. Our aim is to ensure that employers are comfortable and confident of our ability to source experienced permanent, temporary and contract personnel who fully meet their specifications. Our overall aim is to provide an efficient and accurate service through our focus and integrity and we believe this is what defines and separates us from other staffing providers.

Executive Search
When you are looking to hire at an Executive/Leadership role level this requires a different process from mid-level positions, across all stages of the recruitment life-cycle. An essential part of this comprehensive recruitment process is to outline the current expectation of the candidate but also the long term expectation of both the role and the candidate and how both are expected to develop in the future. At the initial registration of the senior role, we will arrange a number of consultations with the organisation to establish key background information and to outline the process, which can be tailored specifically to your needs. Typically assignments are carried out on a retained basis, however we would discuss the process at the outset to establish a detailed working plan and timeline for the search. We have discretely and successfully sourced many C-suite level roles for our clients sourcing in Europe and internationally when needed.
